We offer a Service Desk that can remotely resolve issues ranging from desktop support up to troubleshooting server/networking issues. When remote issue resolution is not an option, we have field engineers who can go onsite (primarily in California, though, we can cover other geographies via remote hands as well).
We offer our customers a number of commercial grade cybersecurity solutions as part of their subscription including endpoint protection, cloud (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace) backups, email security management tools (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), password management apps, anti-phishing tools and (for an extra fee) mobile device management (MDM) tools to keep your entire workforce as secure as possible wherever they happen to be working from.
All of this for a fixed monthly fee based on the number of employees on your team. (We charge additional fees for project work, however, that is at a discounted rate for our Managed Service customers.)Read more...
